Our culinary journey begins with a pickup at 10 in the morning from your hotel. We’ll immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of a typical Peruvian market, where a dazzling variety of ingredients awaits us to uncover the secrets of our iconic dishes and desserts.
From the exotic chirimoya to the sweetness of lucuma, we’ll delight in unique fruits and explore the richness of the sea, offering a range of culinary treasures. Then, we’ll dive into a hands-on cooking class led by an expert chef, who will guide us in preparing ceviche and pisco sour, authentic icons of Peruvian gastronomy.
Our culinary adventure will reach its peak with lunch at the famous La Sirena Restobar, located in Chorrillos, overlooking the majestic Pacific Ocean. Here, we’ll indulge in an exquisite selection of traditional dishes and desserts that celebrate the diversity of Peruvian cuisine.
Upon completion, you’ll receive a certification for successfully completing our typical Lima cooking class, along with the complete recipe for ceviche and a souvenir photo with our talented chef. An unforgettable culinary experience that will immerse you in the flavors and traditions of Peru.
