We begin our experience with a hotel pickup at 5:00 am, followed by a journey to the train station in Ollantaytambo.
At approximately 07:15, we will board the panoramic Vistadome tourist train bound for the town of Aguas Calientes, with a journey time of approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes.
Upon arrival in Machu Picchu Pueblo or Aguas Calientes, our guide will be waiting for you in the main square with a sign detailing your names, giving you a warm welcome, and providing all the tour instructions, such as boarding the buses to Machu Picchu and entering the citadel.
The entrance time to Machu Picchu is scheduled for around 11:00 am (depending on availability). You will have a guided tour for 2 hours, visiting the most important points of the Machu Picchu complex.
At approximately 1:00 pm, you will return to the town of Aguas Calientes, where you will have free time to enjoy your lunch and explore Machu Picchu Pueblo on your own.
At around 4:43 pm, we will board the train from Aguas Calientes to the town of Ollantaytambo, arriving at 6:10 pm.
Our transfer will then take you to the bus heading to the city of Cusco.
At 9:00 pm, you will be back in the city of Cusco, arriving at either Plaza San Francisco or Plaza Regocijo (downtown Cusco).
