The tour begins with the pick-up from your hotel between 3:00 a.m. and 3:30 a.m., to head towards the majestic Colca Canyon. During the approximately 3-hour journey, passengers will have the opportunity to enjoy the landscape along the route and the company of our expert guide, who will share relevant information about the area.

Our first stop will be in the picturesque town of Chivay, where we will stop to enjoy a delicious breakfast that will provide us with the necessary energy for the day. Continuing our journey, we will head towards the Cruz del Condor, an emblematic place known for being one of the best observation points to spot condors in full flight. Here, visitors will have approximately an hour to marvel at these majestic birds and admire the grandeur of the Colca Canyon.

After this unique experience, we will return to Chivay, making strategic stops at places of interest such as the Antahuilque viewpoint, where we can appreciate the ancient Inca terraces and the beautiful colored lakes. Then, we will head to the charming village of Maca, where we will have the opportunity to explore a colonial church, interact with domesticated eagles and alpacas, and discover the rich local craftsmanship.

Continuing our journey, we will head to the village of Yanque to visit the relaxing thermal medicinal baths of Chacapi, where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest and rejuvenate in the thermal waters for approximately an hour. Subsequently, we will return to Chivay to enjoy a traditional lunch before embarking on our return journey to Arequipa.

On the way back to Arequipa, we will make additional stops at scenic points such as the Andean Lookout, from where you can admire the imposing mountains of the southern Peruvian volcanic range, and at the National Reserve to observe the rich wildlife, including vicuñas, birds, and domesticated camelids.

Finally, we will arrive in the city of Arequipa around 5:00 p.m., thus concluding this fascinating adventure in Colca full of impressive landscapes, local culture, and unique experiences in nature.
